Asana: (body postures): Through controlled breathing and concentration, the body strengthens and improves its flexibility, heightening and balancing the flow of energy.
Pranayama: (breathing techniques): Effecting the body’s nervous system, breathing techniques calm and stimulate the mind.
Deep relaxation: At the end of each yoga class, exercises in deep relaxation are practiced, rehabilitating the body and therefore enabling one to feel more relaxed and creative.
