    The yoga and reflexology center shanti invites those who desire to get in touch with their inner beauty.
    Through designated therapies (passive participation) and yoga (active participation) physical, mental and emotional tensions are released.
    Yoga means “union”, a connection between body and spirit and regular practice is the holistic path to good health.

Classes are 1hr 30 min and include:



    Asana: (body postures): Through controlled breathing and concentration, the body strengthens and improves its flexibility, heightening and balancing the flow of energy.

    Pranayama: (breathing techniques): Effecting the body’s nervous system, breathing techniques calm and stimulate the mind.

    Deep relaxation: At the end of each yoga class, exercises in deep relaxation are practiced, rehabilitating the body and therefore enabling one to feel more relaxed and creative.
